Heart and Soil Farms takes on the Windsor
Chili Challenge - 2005
With farm fresh
ingredients and complex taste our “Harvest Chili” – a first-time
entry in Windsor’s
annual Chili Challenge, won honorable mention, a special prize for
it’s uniqueness and raves by many discriminating chili aficionados.
Despite the rain, hundreds turned out to try chili offered by more
than 20 vendors. Read our write-up in The
